Ordering and Payments​

You may order online or you can call or email using the "Contact Us'" section.  We can accept credit card payments over the phone.  Please DO NOT email your credit card information!  Email communication is not a secure method and credit card information should not be sent via email.


Shipping Methods & Fees

​All orders are shipped within one business day of receipt unless you are otherwise notified.  Orders are shipped U.S.P.S. priority mail.  Orders over $100 ship free.  Please inspect your items upon delivery to make sure there is no problem with size, scent or quality!

Returns & refunds

We want our customers to be satisfied, so please notify us immediately if you are unhappy with your product. If your received the wrong item or there is a problem with the item you received and the error is ours, we will pay for return shipping and ship a new item right away.  If you have changed your mind for any reason, and have not used the product, we will exchange the product for you but you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the unused product, as well as to re-ship the new item.
